Description

Medical care can be intimidating and confusing at times. I create a welcoming environment so patients can feel more comfortable discussing their issues. I help them better understand their health conditions and invite them to take an active role in managing their care. Family medicine is very rewarding. It lets me establish a professional relationship with my patients and be part of their progress and life changes throughout the years. As part of my education, preparation and calling, I travelled to Guatemala, caring for the underserved. The experience made a big impact on me.
